Job vacancy Marketing Coordinator

Our company a food chain restaurant located in Sin El Fil is looking for a Marketing Coordinator:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the well maintenance and execution of all stores communications
• Responsible to marketing calendar and activities execution
• Keep records of the budget and department expenses
• Assist the management in the marketing plan and media strategy development
• Supervise and coordinate the corporate advertising and public relations with the various agencies and suppliers
• Follow up on marketing activities assessment
• Coordinate between the local store managers and the head office activities
• Manage a proper archive of all marketing activities
• Manage marketing inventory
• Day to day monitoring of SM calendar, activities, execution and performance
• Report communication tools along with respective performance across all channels on regular basis
• Prepares reports and presentations with data and charts and assist in preparing department presentations
•  General support for all department
• Other duties assigned by management

Requirements:

• BA/MBA in marketing or communication
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in the marketing/communication field, preferably in the local market
• Strong knowledge in power point and Excel

Schedule:

Monday till Friday from 9am to 5pm

Salary:

12,000,000 LBP  + Bonuses  + NSSF + Fuel Allowances 100,000 LBP/DAY
