An International company located in Badaro is hiring a Customer Support Officer.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Answer client requests
  • Reply in a timely manner
  • Be able to send standard quotations
  • Generate shop drawings
  • Escalate to higher management critical matters

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in construction management
  • Outstanding communications skills, and fluent in business emails
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic Languages. French is a Plus
  • Previous experience with consultancy firms

Schedule :

Monday to Friday
From 9:00 AM till 6:00 PM

Salary: 

Negotiable Depending on Experience
