We are growing and are looking for an Energetic Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

As an administrative assistant, you will be the first point of contact with Business Lobby clients and candidates, and your duties will involve the following:

  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and directing them in a professional and friendly approach
  • Developing a good understanding of clients inquiries and provide support when needed
  • Managing social media accounts, advertising job openings, in a creative way following latest social media trends
  • Manage databases and data entry to the system
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Handling petty cash
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients

Requirements:
  • Fresh graduate with a Bachelor in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Living in the Mansourieh neighborhood
  • Fluent in English, French is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Salary:

LBP 5,000,000 (inclusive of transportation)

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM till 5:00 PM
