Review Rhinoplasty

I have chosen Dr. Fadi Farran for my rhinoplasty operation but I have regretted it.
My nose is awful with a big rounded tip like a clown.
He doesn’t understand that if someone wants to make a rhinoplasty it is because he wants a nicer nose.
Now I wish I haven’t done it at all.
