-lacks consistency in pricing
-drivers charge double the price when new passengers onboard with no idea about the trip initial cost
-cars are in very bad condition, old, not ventilated with no air conditioning
-rude drivers
-unprofessional customer service
-mis coordination between drivers and base on the time of pickup
-mid coordination between drivers and base on the location of pick-up
