Review of White Taxi

White taxi have in their mission statement that they want to be a reliable, timely and safe taxi service.
We ordered on the 9th of December a taxi to drop us at the airport on the 10th. On the 10th we confirmed an hour before and everything was confirmed. After 20 min waiting and no sign of a taxi or a call from the driver we got worried and called their office, who after some time told us that their car broke down and would be unable to reach us. If we could wait another 20-30 min for another taxi, no we could not as we had to catch a plane.
