Customer service is below average.one day i took to them my phone, it had a water problem, they broke my cell phone's screen and tryed to convince me that it is a normal process.they wanted me to pay the broken screen with telling me that it is not possible to fix the water problem.
Accidents happen, but lying to your customers and treating them like fools is unacceptable and unprofessional at all. I don't recomend them when it comes to fixing problems in cell phones.
