Question for Liberia Embassy

Hello! i need to know how i can renew my liberian passport in lebanon since there is no embassy found here anymore ! is there any way that i can renew it here without travelling overseas ? i tried to call the embassy in beirut and a woman answered and said its closed so my question is how can a liberian citizen living in lebanon renew her liberian passport ? i need to know please thanks for your time
