IQOS Sales Coach
Purpose of the Job
The IQOS Coaches are responsible for implementing long- and short-term deployments at indirect retail outlets. They must report back to the Sales Supervisors to increase sales and achieve company wide targets.
Tasks & Responsibilities
– Develop an understanding of IQOS products, including their benefits and technical aspects
– Communicate the company’s vision for a smoke-free future effectively to consumers
– Explain warranty and subscription policies to consumers
– Coach retailers to enhance the After Sales experience
– Monitor NPS and CES KPIs to improve customer satisfaction
– Train retailers on effective interaction techniques and guided trials
– Train retailers on conducting guided trials smoothly
– Track trial toolbox usage and report any issues
– Reconcile devices and tobacco sticks with the warehouse representative weekly
– Check invoicing for accuracy
– Gather feedback from retailers and propose solutions for improvement
– Analyze territory performance data to identify opportunities and set objectives
– Build strong business relationships with retailers
– Ensure optimal handling of portfolios and marketing materials
– Master IT tools to assist interactions
– Ensure accurate data input and provide feedback on system usage
Requirements
– Lebanese resident
– Flexible working hours (9 hours total)
– Flexible working days (Weekdays & weekends)
– Strong leadership skills
– Passionate and engaging personality
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Customer-focused with negotiation abilities
– Self-motivated with good time management
– Quick learner and problem-solver
Qualifications
– 2+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, FMCG, F&B, or customer service
– University or College degree
– Fluency in Arabic & English (English mandatory)

Benefits
USD 800 divided between fixed salary and KPIs + Insurance + Company Car + Transportation fees
