However, at ATCOM we make a clear distinction between our clients and the institutions we use to source candidates. We never headhunt from our own clients. Indeed, we feel that this highlights the weakness of larger, number-crunching agencies who work with everyone in that it either prevents them from headhunting effectively or they are forced to poach from their own clients.
