Talking about yourself in therapy can be hard. I will try to make it as comfortable as possible. We’ll start by getting an idea of what you’re finding difficult and how this is affecting you. I’ll explain a bit about therapy and how it might help. Some people start with clear ideas about their problems, others are less clear. Either way is fine. Some issues can be managed in just a few sessions. Other times people need ongoing help to manage complex problems or persistent thoughts and behaviour.
