Olga has an exceptional talent of letting the good energy flow in the air and transmits it to us in a smooth and soft way.
Moreover, her teaching skills, way of explaining and sending the messages so that each one understands his mistakes and learn from them are so professional and humble.
I enjoyed the class much and slept well following the class which improved a lot my sleeping quality and my next day productivity at work.
I'm happy that i was able to go along the class pace which i extremely liked.
I would recommend it big time because it will provide you a great boost of energy and positive vibes.
