Moreover, her teaching skills, way of explaining and sending the messages so that each one understands his mistakes and learn from them are so professional and humble.

I enjoyed the class much and slept well following the class which improved a lot my sleeping quality and my next day productivity at work.

I'm happy that i was able to go along the class pace which i extremely liked.

I would recommend it big time because it will provide you a great boost of energy and positive vibes.
