Staff highly professional and helpful
I was expecting very important docs from france and I needed to get them as soon as possible but, because the shipping order wasn't filed correctly in france, there were complications. The staff in lebanon was tremendously helpful as well as competent and professional. Very good experience.

I called DHL Beirut to see why my packages were still held up in india and was pleasantly surprised by the high level of customer service I received. Honestly, this was so unexpected in Lebanon.
