Reviews of Abou Chakra Est

I used to go there for the reputation of good knowledge in VW. Unfortunately, this is not what i experienced lately. They have a really bad service, they are not professional, not transparent and they rip you of, i took my vehicle 5 times in 1.5 month and they replaced several parts, charging Parts and Labour each time without fixing the problem. 2000$ and my car is still not fixed. Not counting the number of phone calls i had to make for follow up, their unrealistic charges and excuses, the amount of time i spent without a car...and for them as if nothing happens and they don't care. Not recommended at all.
