All about company, no personal time no matter how long you have been there, don't care if you have family situations. If even a minute late you are written up and in jeopardy of losing your job. Can change you schedule on no notice afte being with the company many years and you have no reprocussions even though you have a spotless record and no disciplinary or late issues. Environment is not team oriented or morale boosting, no room for advancement especially if you are a woman.
