Reviews of Burj al Hamam - Beirut

This restaurant is beyond terrible. It is suppose to be a premium dining experience. It is in a premium location next to movinpick hotel. Service was very poor. The server gave us 3 menus, we were four adults. We orderd appetizers kebbeh, Rkak and few other items. The kebbeh was terrible. Rkak was very oily. When dinner came it did not come together. Food was cold all the way. Food presentation was so so bad. Hospital food looks better. The server never came back nor the manager after food delivery to check if food was ok and if we needed anything else. At the end we were looking at empty plates for a long time. I had five star expectation, I received zero star experience. The only five star they have is price. Will never go back again.
