Property management is the operation, control, and oversight of real estate as used in its most broad terms. Every property indicates a need to be cared for, monitored and accountability given for its useful life and condition. This is much akin to the role of management and supervision in any business.
Hence, property management service involves the processes, systems and manpower required to manage the life cycle of all acquired property including acquisition, control, accountability, responsibility, maintenance, utilization and disposal. This includes but not limited to:
1. Assure the required scheduled visits per month
2. Respond imminently to any emergency calls
3. Organize the purchase related to the property
4. Prepare and fill supervision checklists and follow up
5. Check the fuel for generator and water levels
6. Coordinate with all subcontractors and suppliers from property’s list
7. Ensure the execution of all subcontractors’ works
8. Supervise and manage all the employees and on-site services
