The Seven Elements of Project Management Maturity

The model consists of seven elements, four that we consider “fundamental elements” and are the absolute minimum that any organization should have in order to deliver good performance and achieve a step up on the maturity ladder. To achieve better performance and climb higher on the maturity scale, we recommend implementing the other three “differentiating elements”.
