They are lairs, they do not reply on the phone calls and if they did they make some excuses that does not allow you to book. We supposedly won to stay at a hotel in either turkey or Lebanon and we tried calling them several times, but every time they made some excuse. Either high season, or the person is busy, or the person that can help us is working overtime, or call during this day which we did and they made some excuse. So up. So pretty bad experience
