SGBL atm's dispense ripped bills that they refuse to take back. Tellers can be very unprofessional. Even if you take a number to wait for your turn, you can still wait for hours for your turn especially that the teller can let his cousin or friend pass before you. Even better, after waiting for your turn for hours, the teller can ask you to come another day to pay your bill because "it's crowded today".
