They kept lying to my wife and me. Very bad behaviour by unqualified employees who kept telling lies on the phone.
We complain to God only, HE is alone capable of retrieving our rights.
With such staff and services, this firm will close and disintegrate very soon.

i won a gift with this agency while i was at city mall a few days ago.
They told me i won a 4 day stay in Istanbul and took ******** LL that i can recollect as soon as i get to their offices.

it covers only hotel
you need to pay for tickets and a 100 USD franchise
what you need to do is have a meeting with them at their office
they will tell you about an offer to have 7 days yearly for 10 years free hotel also
They seem very nice in the first meeting and will convince you

just forget about the gift you won and the 40 thousand you paid and DO NOT WORK or TRAVEL with them
