Review of Golden Vacation Club

I have accepted their offer at first, how ever they seem liable and truthful. but unfortunately I needed to refund due to personal reasons since I am preparing for my marriage and house furniture. I asked the guy for a refund after 2 days from signing the contract, he told me if I want to cancel the contract I would lose my $500 prepaid cash!!!
