Review of G-Spa

Beautiful ambiance. Well located. Excellent reception team. Good massage. But don't try the manucure and pedicure. They use files that have been used before on other clients. I was unlucky to have Joelle as my pedicure therapist. She started the pedicure without greeting me with any hello or smile. She looks like she doesn't like her job. Very unfriendly. The manicurist didn't ask what shape I wanted for my nails, and made them all "square", I had to ask her to round the edges. I also had to ask her more than once not to cut my cuticle, she was cutting too much which was painful. None of the therapists asked if I was satisfied with my treatments. I was promised by Joelle that she would help me with my shoes once my nail polish dries, she never came back for that. I was planning to have a hair cut after the nail treatments in their salon which I cancelled. I was not satisfied.
