Many disputes during construction arise from waste of money due to rework, time overrun, low quality and vague specifications. Therefore we work hard during the preproject planning phase hand in hand with the client to clarify; the probable risks, detailed exepctations in terms of quality and specifications, time & payment schedules and many others all considered within the agreement not to build boundaries with the client but to maintain the best possible relationship.
