Facilitation-- A qualified assessor, who will accompany you throughout the certification process, undertakes together with you an initial review of the quality management system in a pre-assessment audit. The assessor conducts a gap analysis of the existing management system, processes and procedures and evaluates on-site the effectiveness of procedures, inter process interaction, forms, and additional documentation for adequacy and compliance with the requirements of the standard. The assessor analyzes the readiness of your company to undergo a full assessment successfully.
Output-- The assessor will prepare defined Action Plans that indicate the existing gaps between the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and the current management system at your company. Based on discussions with the company’s management, the Action Plans will define specific steps to be taken in order to rectify non conformities, set recommended steps, and determine time lines for completion and persons responsible.
Action Plan Confirmation-- The assessor will undertake follow up visits if and when necessary in order to confirm that fulfillment of the Action Plans are complete and that your company is ready for the certification assessment.
