The advanced lubrication solution of CHPnv relies on Micro Dry water free lubricant “DLT333” which is a
PTFE-Teflon-based food grade oil, to reduce Friction on plastic chains of SLAT conveyors,wear strips, and Air Conveyors, by using special hydraulic equipment for the automatic supply through production phase.
DLT333 protects chain’s top and bottom surfaces by creating a very thin film between products-chain and wear strip-chain of PET, Cardboard, CAN, CSD and Glass line. It is water and dust repellent which keep the conveyor clean and dry.
DLT333 is recommended from worldwide OEMs like TETRAPACK, SIG COMBI BLOCK, SIDEL, KRONES,Mariani,Technica and many others for Dairy, water and juice Bottles or packages.
