Carla (Call Accounting and Resource Logging Application) is a call accounting system written using state of the art technology. Carla gives management control over all telephone extensions of the PABX, as well as feedback on local, international and special numbers.
Information sent by the PABX SMDR is logged by Carla in real time in a database allowing the generation of comprehensive reports as well as billing information. Carla operates under Windows in a true multi-tasking mode, allowing the use of the computer on which it is operating to be used for other functions.
