Matrix Premium is a versatile accounting software used to control stocks and general ledger. Covering the standard features required to manage your operation, it holds more than what is required to run a small/medium sized business, with some significant additional features.
A significant accounting module, the General Ledger is the core of business accounting software. All ledger entries generated by purchase/sales invoices are automatically posted to journal. Receipt voucher, payment voucher, credit note, debit note, and journal voucher entries are all saved in the journal. Chart of account comes built in and may be edited by the user to personal preference.
Matrix General Ledger generates all the common financial reports. Also, pop-ups from trial balance to account statement and transaction entries make Matrix General Ledger quite transparent, rendering the whole operation very user friendly.
