Job vacancy Residency through Real Estate Sales Executive

Remote Job: Our Client, a Residency through real estate investment company in Portugual is recruiting Freelance Sales Executives based in Lebanon:

Duties & Responsibilities:
– Find buyers of properties looking for residency by investment in Portugual;
– Demonstrate and Present properties to the customers;
– Maintain accurate records;
– Negotiate contracts;
– Aim to achieve targets.

Skills & Requirements:
– University degree;
– 3 years of Private/Corporate Banking, Wealth management, or Tax advise previous experience;
– Minimum 2 years of demonstrable sales success;
– Proactive – Highly motivated and self-discipline;
– Must be able to demonstrate extensive existing customer portfolio;
– Excellent Communications in English and Arabic.

Salary:
Commission based between 4% and 7% of the property value paid in Fresh US Dollars
Monthly allowances up to 700 Fresh US Dollars
