Responsibilities:

Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations
Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
Responsibility for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
Manage daily operations in the production facility
Ensure safety and efficiency of production
Test and monitor Production processes
Remain in compliance with facility ISO standards and all HSE guidelines
Prepare, analyze and issue production and performance reports
Maintain all administrative records
Control costs to achieve company budget goals
Coordinate with Maintenance to develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program
Ensure optimum plant efficiency and productivity
Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime
Oversee a workforce of 50+ employees in the manufacturing department
Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines
Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines
Set ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel
Provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees
Communicate any problems or obstacles to senior management
Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity
Create schedules for employees to ensure optimum staffing levels
