Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering.
- Must have proven experience in CSI Masterformat specifications.
- Site experience is a plus.
- Must be living in Beirut or nearby southern suburbs.
- Ability to travel.
- Good command of English.
- Prepare mechanical specifications for projects.
- Compile project specifications.
- Perform quantity surveying tasks, and prepare BOQ.
- Perform quantity verification and review of existing BOQs
