Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or CCE
PMP and MSCE certifications
Fluent in Arabic and English

Responsibilities:
Learn and understand current platform features and capabilities
Work with current Technology Lead on the hand over of clients projects, platform developments, team structure and recruitment requirements
Lead the preparation and implementation of client’s project planning and different project strategies
Provide general guidance and supervision of the project operations and perform critical project’s tasks
Report progress on client’s projects against plans and milestones
Manage and mitigate the various risks and issues of the project
Lead and provide quality assurance activities on all projects deliverables
Build a team of developers, system engineers and analysts to enhance platform features such as AI, Machine Learning, payment solution integration, that will bring more value and businesses to the organization
Build a strong ecosystem by identifying strategic partnerships with service providers / freelancers in line with company business objectives to expand offering in UX/UI, Platform development, AI, AR, VR, Blockchain and Fintech
Ensure efficiency of managed resources and escalate any need for additional resources to ensure the successful delivery of projects and plans
Prepare the job description, qualifications and skills needed for technology resources needed
Act as the primary point-of-contact and “thought partner” for the rest of the organization to support problem identification, generate ideas, and identify potential technology solutions
Facilitate ideation sessions and help project management and BD team understand the new technology opportunities
Share best practices, trends, new technologies, business trends, etc. with key stakeholders, bringing ideas to life – ‘seeing it and getting others to see it’
Lead technical proposal development and negotiate contractual relationships with strategic partners
Continuously review client and market landscape and recommend, develop, and implement new and creative approaches that ensures that the client’s business objectives are met
Define the platform roadmap and study the feasibility of turning it into a SaaS product
