Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in B2B outdoor sales .
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager .
• Experience in the paints industry is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Proficient in Ms. Office applications.
• Strong sales planning skills.
• Excellent coaching and training skills.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities:

• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
• Meeting planned sales goals.
• Setting individual sales targets for the sales team.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
• Coaching and training the sales team.
• Developing the sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
• Promoting the organization and products.
• Understanding our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
