- Performing manufacturing scheduling and filling targets.
- Consulting and performing process improvements.
- Allocating tasks for production teams and preserving efficiency during work.
- Monitoring maintenance cycles between manufacturing runs to reach process preparedness within time limits.
- Analysing production costs.
- Cooperating with the quality department to sustain quality standards during manufacturing.

- Performing production and delivery schedules.
- Monitoring the maintenance procedures according to the yearly maintenance plan (PM/CM).
- Training employees for all the required aspects of PRPs, OPRPs, and CCPs related to the type of production.
- Implementing LEAN manufacturing management tool to harmonize between manufacturing and filling teams.
- Maintaining ISO 22000 audits and reviewing documentation.
- Inauguration of FSSC requirements

- Performing supply chain analysis in order to plan the inlet of the raw material according to customer orders' summary.
- Supervising cleaning operations and the handling of the plant assets during working shifts.
- Monitoring the maintenance & logistics procedures in order to assure the good running of the factory.
- Performing a quality assessment to preserve plant hygiene.
- Monitoring the plant budget and handling the plant purchases and sourcing to stay within the admissible budget limit.

- In charge of raw material replenishment supply.
- Performing manufacturing scheduling and filling targets.
- Handling and negotiating the logistics and deliveries with transportation suppliers.
- Responsible for the maintenance & manufacturing & management processes.
- Technical Assistance in plant assembly.

- Assurance of the GMP, PRPs and CCPs procedures during production
