Operations and Senior Management

• Driving the Organization’s operating capabilities to surpass Steering Committee satisfaction and its goals.
• Coordinating with the head of departments to review the status of the ongoing projects (Determining KPIs and measuring ROIs).
• Monitoring expenses, controlling fixed and variable costs, money handling procedures, accounting, and bank processes.
• Contributing and assisting the Chief Electoral Officer in putting the operational plan for the electoral campaign and the Election’s Day.

• Driving organization results from both an operational and financial perspective working closely with the founders, and board members.
• Recruiting, handling and maintaining employees. Including wages and salaries preparation and control (Accounting and Audit perspectives).
• Leading the accounting and auditing team on the financial reports of the candidates and lists
• Managing daily operations of the departments, managing and maintaining the 2-floor office. Including management and assets’ preservation.
• Budgeting, monitoring and assessing financials including expenses, cashflow, procurements and the main Election’s Campaign.
• Working with the training team on developing the training materials (in soft and hard copies), the digital tutorials and guides for the trainers and delegates.

• Developed operations' systems by determining product handling, storage requirements, and dispatch; developed, implemented, and evaluated policies and procedures (more than 40 in total).
• Analyzed and examined financial data/statements and used them to improve profitability and positioning, including Working Capital (Inventory, receivables, and payables).
• Budgeted and forecasted financial, operational sales and figures, as well as performing variance analysis.
• Served as primary point in finding cost-effective solutions, by carrying performance evaluation in all of the supply chain processes and logistics. (Including daily transactions and operations).
• Communicated and coordinated with the upper management about shifting company's priorities and projects, in addition to leading 3 teams of more than 12 employees in total.
• Managed and increased the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, Logistics and Finance, IT), liaising with their managers and directors.
