I have a total of 14 years of full-time professional work experience. I worked at Retail, Construction and Power Plant companies in Lebanon and Saudi Arabia.     Founded in 2010 by the Tahseen Khayat Group (TKG), MEP has rapidly established itself as a leading figure in the development of the energy sector across the Middle East and in Africa.     Projects:

     Jiyeh 78 MW Power Plants

    Major Duties:

     Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
     Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.
     Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system to ensure required products are readily available.
     Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
     Organize, monitor and control inventory levels by conducting cycle and physical counts.
     Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.
     Keeping a stock control system up-to-date and planning future capacity requirements.
     Investigate any discrepancies and adjust errors.
     Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
     Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security.
     Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc.).
     Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

    Assistant Warehouse Manager

    Projects:

     Great Beirut Water Supply Project (construction for 30 km of a series of tunnels and pipelines to convey water to Beirut).

    Major Duties:

     Assist in the smooth running of the warehouse.
     Ensure timely and accurate ordering/delivering of all stock.
     Take an active role in the direction and delivery of all stock.
     Deal with stock requisitions.
     Raise purchase / transfer orders and carry out required administration for this function.
     Chase deliveries from suppliers and advise Technicians of any delays.
     Carry out general stock administration.
     Operate stock control on system.
     Maintain all required documents for data warehouse.
     Monitor all databases and resolve all performance issues.
     Administer databases and resolve all issues to ensure data accuracy.
     Inventory Supervising
     Create new part numbers on system.
     Achieve all set standards for the ordering/delivery of all items of stock and to achieve KPI targets.
     Ensure all paperwork is processed with 100% accuracy.
     Prepare weekly and monthly stock reports.
