    Data was found separated in many different locations and systems
    that build obstacles facing the institution in finding medications
    and organizing them, by unifying the data we could easily confirm
    what is found on hand and is in order.
     Collected expiry dates of medications at Lebanese Ministry of
    Public Health to minimize the loss of resources we achieved 0%
    expired medications.
     Audit on receivables (correct entries, quantities, expiry dates and
    lot numbers), this result in having accurate stock between what is
    on hand and what is on the system by 100%.
     Tracked patients’ data to ensure that the medications were
    dispensed in a proper way and according to the required rules.
     Updated medications’ consumption resulted in getting the best
    replenishment.
     Reported medications’ problems that were faced in the Public
    Health Care Centers (PHCCs), preventing medication losses.
