    The said amount is allocated for establishing a factory of gas cylinder in Iraq and equipping it with software and employees in addition to funding the department of Finance and Administration.
    Role and Duties:
    To secure the settlement of financial dues for each customer, through sending the invoice by mail to the headquarters of the company located in Beirut; all invoices are paid by a paycheck issued from the bank either in Lebanon or in Iraq, according to each customer.

    The Capital of this Project Tops $3 Million. This amount is an allocated advance payment for the parliamentary elections approved by the Cabinet, with the cooperation of Banque du Liban (BDL) and Ministry of Finance (MOF).

    Role and Duties:

    - Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports;
    - Establishing reconciliation between the said report on one hand and MOF and BDL on the other hand;
    - Organizing financial dues which should be settled by customers and employees during the polls in 2009 and 2010 according to a contract; Responsible for the accounting, overall bookkeeping, and payroll and compensation for more than 28,000 employees working overall Lebanon during elections in 2010 in addition to monitoring financial sheets / files and updating them whenever needed Preparing invoices to suppliers, developing and maintaining accurate filing system. Full oversight of the ministry day-to-day external and internal accounting and reporting functions.
