Les délices de Dalal - Jounieh

Dalal’s professional cooking experience has begun in 2010 when she started providing her home made
mini-cakes or tartlets to 12 supermarkets across Lebanon under the label Les Délices de Dalal.
Encouraged by many who craved her delicious salty and sugary treats and ordered them for various
parties (weddings, dinners, etc.) her business has risen much like the cakes she baked.

After a year or so, Dalal started giving local cooking classes on a weekly basis with a menu featuring a
starter, a main course and a dessert recipe, inspired mainly by western cuisine, using seasonal and
organic products to prepare food of the highest caliber.

After appearing in various publications, cooking festivals, and different television stations, Dalal
currently has a weekly segment on the B Beirut show, aired on LBC Sat, which is increasing her
reputation and providing her thus the opportunity to expand her cooking activities even further.
