As a Gourmet Caterer, Kitchen Central offers a Mediterranean fine dining experience inspired by the Alain Ducasse spirit, since its chef, Farid Chehab is a graduate of the Alain Ducasse Academy.
Our menu changes with the seasons to use only the freshest products and give our clients a constantly renewed gastronomical experience.
In addition, our Academy offers innovative cooking sessions, with full "hands on" so that our "Academicians" benefit from a full scope learning process, by receiving high quality material and acquiring a real optimized methodology.
We also provide the restaurants with exceptional semi-finished products for them to offer the most differentiated and qualitative menu.
