I bought an item by alex comp. since a long time ago and by contacting them they said that it should be at your office, so please contact me to see why i didn't get it yet

Hi i bought items from net and by tracking the items i get that these item recived at Choueifat Post Office, Saray Ogero bldg and i didnot get the items until know and its been a long time you recived the items, i just need to know how and when to get my items from your office?
