I am having problem with the sales group of al balad news paper, i am a member since the issue of the news paper.i have paid my subscription in October 2016,till now i am not receiving the paper. despite several calls and inquiries with your employees didn't solve the issue. a lot of promises, that i will be receiving it next week, a week after week,so far nothing.
