Reviews of Captain & Captain

Terrible & very bad company & they have had horrible customer service. I have bought a lighter from their shop in city mall & i keep it with a lengh time untill my friend come from outside Leb coz it was on sale even without open the box i though that its from good quality but im surprised after that its not working.
I did call to complain for several times because every time they didn't really give any solutions. All they can do is checking and if none left, they do return. But all I want are my original products or exchange. Nothing happened but waiting for items becoming availableI called them twice, and both times they told me they don't know when my order will ship after one month they called me & say pls come & take ur lighter we cant fix it.
I hope other customers would never make purchases from this company, and I really hope management level could see my review and do something about it.
