Extremely bad experience!
People are not cooperative and friendly, especially the woman at the reception.
I did a sample for a product I wanted to manufacture there, then asked for a quotation for a larger number of item.
First, the receptionist provided me an exaggerated number and refused to connect me with the manager!
I left the factory and then get back out of my concern to make business to them, and because I knew she could be wrong.
Instead of greeting me with pleasure and correcting her mistake, she treated me with hostility.
She blamed me and acted sarcastically, and when I pointed-out about her unfriendly behavior and said that she might be loosing a costumer, she answered by that she doesn't care.
I have also many comments on the production quality.
I had a bad experience with these people and will not consider again working with them if they kept the same attitude.

Unfriendly and unprofessional people. Yesterday, I asked for a quotation, and the woman at the reception gave me an exaggerated price. I went back to inquire, she treated me with hostility, in an unfriendly and disrespectful way, and she blamed me. I told her that she needs to give accurate information and enhance her behavior or she will loose a customer, she answered by "I don't care".
I've contacted the manager and he didn't reply.
