They are so bad by all means. No one starting from the operator to the maintenance. Not able to solve problems 3 times visit and every time they charge us 40 to 60 dollars without being able to fix. We call complaining and rasha supervisor is in lala land. No clue of whats going on u need to remind her of what she promissed. Mother in hospital because of the viruses in water with 4 filters from this bad company. Please no one should deal with them.

To be honest zero star because 1 star is too much! Zero service, zero spart parts quality, very tough customer service and so and so...

Extremely annoying call center, lack of professionalism and coordination between the team.
Very rude after sales personal...
The list could go on...from manipulating the contracts as they see fit, to real phone harassment almost around the clock...
So Pure=Pure Nightmare

this is not a professional company. we called several times on: 03-******** with an answer:" yes sure we are coming to solve the problem" and nobody is coming. !! on the other hand , when they want to change the filters more than twice they call. no words can describe what to say. this is not a way to treat your customers. please check the maintenance department.

The service is not good. The First day...I talked and talked...the So Pure not came. Passed two days So Pure not came to repair the filter!
