Reviews of Western Union - Beirut

I just wired money via W.U.. It was picked up despite having a test question, which would be EXTREMELY hard to arrive at. Ether there is collusion at the the receiving end, with a W.U. employee being a complicitous participant, or they allow someone who has the 10 digit tracking code number (which was the case, here), unlimited attempts at answering the aforementioned test question. Calling them and calmly attempting to find out how this happened, was an exercise in futility. I was met with the "stonewall approach". So I'm out $325, and have no recourse? They need to remove their heads from their rectums, and look into how this happened AND treat customers with some respect
