I bought a super expensive wine glasses from their shop (LSA)& turned to be damaged after using them for 2 times only! Guess what, haha after complaining to the customer service department they offered me to buy another set & get 50% discount. For you to know the complete case, the wine glasses were designed by a silver line on the top & this silver line was removed by my hand directly at their office while i was talking to the concerned individual at their respective offices! I definitely do not recommend their products nor their services to anyone!

This is a place where lacks total customer service. they tell you where to go for a certain item; yet; no one escorts you and the staff stay together talking and chatting!
they do have some nice items; yet; unfortunately; with such attitude; indifference and lack of customer focus; I am amazed they manage to sell!
