The pick up staff operators are very unprofessional they are very rude and they have no idea how to deal with people its very surprising that they chose these people to be front liners to deal with customers definitely would not recommend

Unprofessional staff, they have no respect for the customer, liars and they don't want to work... telling them the place to deliver the product they went to a different village... for a week every time i contacted them to know when they will deliver they replied for sure tomorrow... tomorrow comes and no product delivered... and finally the returned the product to the market????... so finally i didn't get my product.

The staff are very unfriendly even with clients, they are rude and unwilling, but that was still fine as long as they got the job done. Which they did, however they charge very high rates different than the agreed upon rates, and you can't claim your money back, because they give you the money take from the client already deducted(they charge whatever rate they see fit). They are very inconsistent with their pricing and they don't honour their agreements. Overall would definitely not recommend.
