Tyr 2486 Project (“Tyr 2486” site, Tyr, Lebanon)
● The project is a residential building with swimming pools, fountain
and landscaping areas. It is a high end finishing, while all facades
and roof are mechanical fixing stone cladding. In addition to steel
structure decoration wrapping part of building facades
Aktanit 1272 Project (Aktanit 1272 site, Saida, Lebanon)
● The project consists of 5 residential buildings, landscaping areas
and a road connecting the Buildings
Tyr 414 Project (“Tyr 414” site, Tyr, Lebanon)
● The project is a sports club and consists of two floors, post- Tension
roof (2200m2) and top of roof
Kfarchima 2173 (Tanour Alasr) Project (“Kfarchima 2173” site,
Baabda, Lebanon) (Owner representative)
● The project consists of 2 blocks bread factory, 8 floors with 5
basement floors (2000m2 each), 3 above ground (600m2 each) and
pitched roof
Terbol Concert Hall 259, Elmirador Terbol Project (“Terbol 259”
site, Menieh, Lebanon)
● The project consists of one basement floor, concert hall floor (7.5m
height) with post-tension roof (span up to 30m) and parking area
Scope of work in the above mentioned projects:
● Working as project Engineer
● Inspecting that the work is done according to the plans and
specifications
. ● Making bill of quantities, cost estimation and payment certificates
● Inspecting materials delivered to the site
● Coordination with the consultant, subcontractors, labor force and
the suppliers
● Reporting to the project director and the owner
● Requesting the materials needed
● Schedule preparation and Following the time schedule with the
Subcontractors
● pre-planning and resource forecasting for engineering and other
technical activities relating to the project
● Technical activities and solving technical site problems relating to
the project
● Inter-discipline coordination and overall quality control of the
project
● Manage project team resources
● Ensure project is completed according to project plans (Time
Schedule, budget…)

Working with ACEC in Mar Roukoz 85 Project (“Mar Roukoz 85” site, Maten, Lebanon)
● The project consists of 14 residential buildings landscaping areas
and a road connecting the buildings Working with ACEC in Naccache 66 (Zero 4) Project (“Naccache 66” site, Naccache, Maten, Lebanon)
● The project consists of: Main building used as restaurants and gym,
38 small restaurants (kiosks) and landscaping areas Working with ACEC in Rabweh 2333 Project (“Rabwi 2333” site, Maten, Lebanon)
● The project consists of 14 residential buildings and a ramp
connecting the two buildings blocks
Scope of work in the above mentioned projects:
● Working as project Engineer
● Inspecting that the work is done according to the plans and

● The project consists of 3 buildings: The main Saudi press agency
building, auditorium and studios building and the parking building
● Working as site Engineer
● Inspecting that the work is done according to the plans and
specifications
● Making bill of quantities (Civil Drawings)
● Inspecting materials delivered to the site
● Coordination with Consultant and Subcontractor.
